Navigating Through Disruption - A Community of Progress

COVID-19 has increased volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity for the world. This means that organisations must seek new orientations and instil fresh approaches to how they operate, if they are to thrive beyond this crisis and remain relevant.
With the heat dialled up, long-standing assumptions of what good leadership is have lost their shape and relevance. What sort of leadership is called for in these unprecedented times? Where should leaders be investing their energy? What can leaders do when they don’t know what to do?
The Leadership Assembly is hosting A Community of Progress in June and July designed to support you to mindfully Navigate Through this Disruption.
The Community of Progress is for leaders who want to:
Learn from and connect with a dynamic network of like-minded professionals
Make conscious choices to lead with greater purpose and intention
Gain greater insight into systemic blockers to organisational evolution and explore how they can be addressed
Invest in discovering new possibilities for yourself, your team and your organisation in this time of upheaval and map out a path to translate these possibilities into action
Our Approach
Blending the principles of group coaching and peer reflection, The Community of Progress will meet together over 6 sessions. Each gathering will be guided by our expert coaches and facilitated with your specific needs in mind. We anticipate using these themes as a backdrop for our work together:

You will be invited to journal your reflections through structured activities in between our gatherings and pool your ideas on a Community of Progress notice board to support group reflection.
