Three successful consultancies collaborating as The Leadership Assembly.
With over half a century of experience between us, we appreciate what leaders are working with in the modern workplace. By asking you, listening to you, challenging your assumptions and observing patterns in what you say to us, we have come to understand the world of leadership and how to support your development.
We all continue to run our consultancies and unite here to work together on co-facilitated public programs & events.

““Nothing endures but change.” I wish I’d said that. Very insightful. Especially as it was said 2500 years ago (Heraclitus, the Greek philosopher, who believed change is central to the universe).
Well, I might not have said it, but I certainly believe it. Change is the constant in our world, in our lives, in our work. We must respond and adapt to change to thrive and grow. That one word beginning with ‘C’ leads us to other words beginning with ‘C’ (strange thing that…)
Courage; Connection; Care; Confidence; Curiosity; Creativity; Collaboration; Constructive Conflict.
This is my work with leaders and teams. Changing how we do things for the better; individually, in teams and for our organisations and communities.”
Dr. Lindy Amos
“If there ever was a time when compassionate and courageous leadership is needed, it’s now. Our communities need smart, resilient, and wise leaders who lead ethically, with the common good in mind.
Shifts can only happen when we intentionally work with the tension that exists, between where we are now and where we want to be. Exercising vulnerability by showing our human face, not just our heroic “leadership” face, facilitates growth for us, our organisations and the people we serve.
I’m always excited to partner with new, emerging and established leaders. Together we uncover and integrate the wisdom of their head, heart and gut intelligence, creating the conditions at work for people to be and do their best.”

“How can people be their best? How can we as leaders contribute to cultures which enable and enrich; activating the willingness and potential of people?
As we dive deeper into our collective understanding of life and work, we find profound complexity. To appreciate and work with that complexity we need wise perspective, principled thinking and authentic leaders.
Working with leaders to engage them as facilitators, coaches and designers is a privilege. I’m grateful to have found a role to play in improving the workplaces where we spend so much of our lives.”
